Progress

Initial Interview with Client

The initial interview is an important step that helps us to determine your needs, identify and verify information, check conflict interest as well as be able to schedule your meeting with our RCIC. Our caseworker and legal administrative assistant are able to communicate with you by English or Hindi or Urdu, depends on which language is more convenient for you in understanding the matter at hand.

Signing Retainer Agreement

After the first consultation with our counsel, if you decide to retain us, the retainer agreement will be sent to you. It is our pleasure to provide legal advice for your matter. Retainer agreement is simply a contract between you and our office and requires your signature to be enforced.

Our retainer agreement or engagement letter will be valid within 07 days. If you decide no longer retain us or not having any response, the proposal is deemed to expired and our non-engagement letter will take place.

Deposit Retainer

Based on the different matter and the legal fee of each counsel stated in the retainer agreement, you will be required to deposit an amount into our trust account. This amount is used for the completed service or billed disbursement which is invoiced to you each stage. Our account is available at any time for your needs.

Processing

After retainer is signed and deposited, our lawyer/ licensee will process your case. Each client is given a case number.

Please provide the case number to Case Coordinator or Legal Assistant when communicating with us over the phone or email.

During the process, our Lawyer or Legal expert will inform you any update of your case. Please stay in touch with your licensee (by email) or Case Coordinator (by phone). We refuse to provide personal phone numbers unless licensee's consent acquired.
